Our Production: Accurate knowledge of raw materials to ensure all materials meet customer requirements, fundamentally guaranteeing product stability. We strictly follow the ISO international quality management standards, each production process to meet the industry requirements, so as to ensure great quality of products.
Our Technology: We continuously research and introduce advanced technology processes in casting, forging, welding, cnc-machining, surface treatment to improve the products’ performance and service life; we constantly lean production, effectively control production costs, always keep the cost within a reasonable range.
Our Equipment: We have introduced welding robots to achieve automatic and semi-automatic welding, to improve welding quality and efficiency. With many high-precision four-axis and five-axis cnc-machinery center, we are able to complete the precision machining of complex parts to meet customers' needs for high-precision products.
Our Quality and Inspection: Equipped with advanced testing equipment, such as spectrum analyzer, coordinate measuring machine, hardness tester, tensile testing machine etc., to ensure that our products undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory.
