Die forging: a process of using a die to apply pressure to a metal blank to form it. Our workshop has 8 equipment, and the weight of metal parts that can be processed ranges from 100G to 400KG; our factory is good at processing metal precision parts with relatively high requirements, and complex metal precision processing parts that need to be combined with other processes. 2. Free forging: a process without a fixed die, in which metal is formed by operating tools. Free forging has high flexibility, is suitable for single-piece or small-batch production, and has low cost. Our free forging workshop has 8 equipment, and the maximum pressure can reach 8,000 tons.
