We have a forging workshop with an annual output value of over 10,000 tons. According to the process, it can be divided into two types: die forging and free forging: 1. Die forging: a process of using a die to apply pressure to a metal blank to form it. Die forgings have precise dimensions and high surface quality, and are suitable for mass production of complex parts. Our workshop has 8 equipment, and the weight of metal parts that can be processed ranges from 100G to 400KG; our factory is good at processing metal precision parts with relatively high requirements, and complex metal precision processing parts that need to be combined with other processes. 2. Free forging: a process without a fixed die, in which metal is formed by operating tools. Free forging has high flexibility, is suitable for single-piece or small-batch production, and has low cost. Our free forging workshop has 8 equipment, and the maximum pressure can reach 8,000 tons. Our professional technical engineers with more than 15 years of experience are skilled in technology and can create free forging metal parts with relatively high requirements. The maximum weight of metal parts that can be free forged can be 5 tons.
